Kelly Ann Naugle

Kelly Ann Naugle, 57, Kansas City, KS passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at her home. Kelly was born May 14, 1963 in Lafayette, IN. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Kelly was a member of Full Gospel Assembly in Springhill, FL where she was involved in various children’s and women’s ministries. As a long term servant of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Kelly effortlessly brought glory to her heavenly father by letting her light shine to those she encountered whether through an encouraging word or deed or simply by sharing her personal testimony of her faith in God. Be it a family member, co-worker, fellow church member, a fellow member of New Port Richey’s Elks Lodge #2284, a fellow bowling buddy, or simply a chance encounter with a stranger at a restaurant or on the beach, Kelly was always looking for an opportunity to strengthen, encourage, and alleviate the suffering of others. Most often she was able to do simply by giving them one of her beautiful smiles.

Despite being diagnosed with an aggressive terminal illness, Kelly did not once waiver in her faith or lose hope that God would not perform a miracle of healing in her body. Although Kelly didn’t receive her physical healing on this side of heaven, we rejoice in knowing she has received her ultimate healing and heavenly reward.

Kelly leaves a beautiful legacy through her boys, their families, and through the countless lives she so beautifully touched in the caring, positive way that only she could. But most of all, through the testimony of her faith and her love for the Lord.

Kelly is survived by her mother and father, Gladys and Willis Naugle of Kansas City, KS, her sons, Joshua (Holly) Rushing of Hume, MO, Jacob (Miriam) Rushing of Atwater, CA, her grandchildren, Addisen Grace, Rhyder Hayes, Elliott Kingston, Mason James, Maverick Jacob, and soon to arrive, Scarlette Elisabeth, her brothers and sisters Lisa (Nelson) Schmidt of Kansas City, KS, Diana (Frank) Wollman of Merriam Woods, MO, Rodger (Karen) Naugle of Independence, MO, Tony Naugle of Kansas City, KS, Pam (Gary) Gooch of Billings, MO, and a host of nieces and nephews too many to mention but not so many she couldn’t cherish and treasure each one.
