Donna Lynn Bradley departed on Monday, April 14th, 2025 surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of her home. Donna was born on August 8th, 1963 to Tommy L. Carter and Barbara Jean (Rush) Carter in Kansas City, KS. She was the seventh of eight children.
Donna was preceded in death by her mother and father, brothers Michael Rush and Gary Reaves. Donna also known as “Lynn” grew up in Kansas City, KS and attended KCK public schools. In 1980, she met Gregory Bradley and together they joined in marriage shortly after in 1985. She began her career at Walmart in 1990 which became her second home up until her retirement in January 2025. Lynn's happy moments often involved tending to her flowers, caring for her fur babies, making comforting meals in her kitchen, and settling in to watch "Young and the Restless.” Lynn was an amazing, strong, resilient, loving, and selfless woman who touched the lives of many with her unwavering spirit and generous heart. She was always known to go above and beyond for her family, friends, and especially her fur babies. Everyone who knew Lynn knew that she treated her dogs, Bella and Bently, just like her children.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted and loving husband, Gregory A. Bradley; her loving sons: Glenn (Keyana) of Kansas City, Kansas, Maurice (Jailyn) of Kansas City, Missouri, and Aaron (Jennifer) of Dallas, Texas; her cherished daughters: Sharece (Myrick II) of Kansas City, Kansas, and Shania of Overland Park, Kansas; and her fifteen adored grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Marvin, Donald, Marcus (Leesa), and Pamela, all of Kansas City, Kansas, and Tom Jr. of Austin, Texas, along with a multitude of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
