In memory of my brother-in-law, Charlie. He was a terrific, fun-loving individual. He loved children. As an off duty Sherrif department man he often worked security at different places. With loving memories, I share this day with him, his wife and children, his parents, grandparents, and brother. They were all my family.

I knew Charlie from being a student at Harmon.  He was a friend to all.  I remember him laughing about my car I had, even several years after graduation when I began to work for the school district, he would tell people about my car and how it was duct taped together.  Charlie was a wonderful person and will be missed by many.

Charlie will be missed immensely. He was always smiling and cutting up with all of us that knew him at the Wy. Co. Sheriff's Reserves.  He never had a bad thing to say about anyone he always tried to turn the situation into a postive. God Be with his family and friends who have to go on without him. His Memory will never die. Charlie was one of the best.  I have a lot of great memories of him from Harmon.  I feel very lucky to have known him and call him friend.  I only hope the memories that he leaves behind for you will comfort you for days to come.

Chuck, Martha, Debbie, Amy, Charlie-As Charlie's sister-in-law I want to say no one could have been a more special brother-in-law to me. Officer Crouss was a kind and gentle man who went the extra mile to see that students' problems were handled with care. He brought sunshine into every room he entered. We will miss him.

I am so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing.  He was such a great guy, always smiling and a friend to everyone. I have been a secretary for the Board Of Education for 48 years, so have known Charlie for a long time.  Remember when he starte baking pies after his stroke, they were good too. He will be greatly missed by a lot of friends and family.  My deepest sympathy to all of you.  But at least now he is home with his Lord, and I'll bet he has a big smile on his face again and we all will have a great reunion one of these days.

Big Charlie was like a 2nd father to me growing up.  He was such a teddy bear, with his fun, kind, caring, loving heart. He was a such good man and neighbor. I'm so sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed. To the Crouss family, I love you all!!

Through my work in the KCKPS I have known Charlie for years.  He was a special man and always a joy to be around.  He could light up a room with his "teddy bear" image and smile.  I am blessed to have known him!  My prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Charles was a super person.  A lot of fun to be with.  I remember him when I was at the Sheriff's Office.  God Bless Him and the Family.

I wish I could find the right words to describe my feelings toward Charlie. He was such a dear friend to anyone who knew him and his passing is a crushing blow to everyone.
