Mrs. Joyce Mildred Spicer passed away peacefully in Kamloops on January 26, 2015, aged 88 years. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of nearly 60 years, Steve Spicer. Her daughters Bonnie (Jim) and Linda (Wayne) cherish the memories along with 7 grandchildren and 7 ¾ great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother Lawrence, along with many nieces, nephews, and many friends and relatives. Joyce was predeceased by her daughter Connie, sister Betty and her pet dog “Winkler”. A Celebration of Life will be held on April 4, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valley View Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 3M5.
