Steve was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where he served for eight years. While in the Navy, fate allowed Steve to meet his beloved wife during a stop in Hong Kong, where Jorginia (Gina) was living at the time. After meeting, Steve wrote many letters to Gina while he was away at sea, until he proposed, and they were married in 1985.
Steve was last stationed in Hawaii, where they had two children together. Steve worked hard for many years as a welder until his retirement, when he and Gina moved to Florida. In his retirement, Steve enjoyed going on walks with his wife, visiting his grandkids, and fishing whenever he could. Steve was a devoted family man, and he loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandkids. He will always be remembered for his big personality and kind heart.
Steve is survived by his wife, Jorginia; his children, Steven Miller and his fiancé, Kayla Tucker, Shirley (Jonathan) Ralph and his grandchildren, Skye, Aria, Kai, and Juliette.
