My thoughts and prayers to Richelle and her entire family.  I know they will greatly miss her.

I am so happy that I got to meet Joyce just last November as I married her grandson Daniel. We were able to speak via phone and email the two years leading up to the wedding day. She always reassured me that everything would be fine and turn our beautiful. She was such a loving and caring grandmother. Although Daniel's family is small in size the love his grandmother Joyce showed us was never ending. I can't wait to tell our future children about their loving great grandmother Joyce. ♡

MY DEAREST JOYCE ~  HOW HEAVY MY HEART IS TO KNOW I SHALL NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN AND SMILE WITH LAUGHTER AS WE GIGGLED LIKE TWO LITTLE KIDS THAT HAD A SECRET NO ONE ELSE KNEW.  I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE MET YOU, AND YOUR HANDSOME JOHN!  YOU WERE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME TO WATCH MY GUCCI MARIE AND JOE AND I WERE SO APPRECIATIVE TO KNOW THAT GUCCI WAS IN THE COMPANY OF A WOMAN WHO ADORED ANIMALS.  I REMEMBER OUR LITTLE CONVERSATIONS.  WE TALKED ABOUT LIFE, WE SHARED JOKES, BUT MY AMAZEMENT WAS HOW VERY MUCH YOU ADORED YOUR JOHN AS NO MATTER WHERE WE WERE YOU KEPT AN EYE ON HIM CONSTANTLY.  I ADMIRED YOUR STRENGTH AND YOUR ATTITUDE, AND HOW HARD YOU WORKED TO KEEP THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS BLOOMING EACH YEAR TO MAKE YOUR HOME SO BEAUTIFUL.  I ALSO SAW YOUR BACK BREAKING EFFORTS TO PICK UP 14 BAGS OF LEAVES BY YOURSELF AND WONDERED WHERE DID YOU GET SUCH ENERGY AND STRENGTH TO KEEP YOUR HUSBAND HEALTHY AND STILL HAD SUCH ENERGY TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN ORDER.  I LOVED TO HEAR YOU LAUGH.  NO ONE LAUGHED LIKE YOU JOYCE, ESPECIALLY AT MY LOUSY JOKES, BUT YOU DID.  WITH ME ALWAYS WORKING, WE NEVER HAD THE TIME TO SPEND MANY HOURS, BUT A DAY DID NOT GO BY THAT WE DID NOT HAVE A LAUGH OR TWO COMING AND GOING.  YOU ARE ONE IN A MILLION, AND I SHALL NEVER FORGET YOUR DEVOTION TO YOUR JOHN AND THE SWEAT THAT RAN DOWN YOUR FACE ON A SUMMER'S DAY TO KEEP THAT LAWN AND ROSE BUSH BEAUTIFUL!  I AM GOING TO MISS YOU SO, AND I REFUSE TO LET YOU GO. Although we only saw each other once a year in Jupiter we filled the month with hours and hours of beach time catching up on life.  Years of emails, phone calls.    Watching our families grow through pictures.   Shared so many laughs and of course tears, also.    In the last couple of months she shared her fears,  knowing she was going to leave us soon.   At one point she said "I'll give you a thumb's up when I find Marina".   Joyce loved my mom (who passed away in February) and I am sure they've been hanging out, watching over us.    My mind and heart are open so I know I will have a sign at some point.   Go in peace, mi Amiga.   You will always and forever be remembered and loved.   Dee and Jim
