So ironic I received this notice you’ve been gone 2 years while on a Programs Committee call with Families First. You would have been on the call with us, contributing your insights and wisdoms and asking pointed questions, all with the goal of making children’s’ lives better. ❣️❤️💔

Today I was searching on Google to try and find Gemma's telephone number.  I found the number but went into shock when I saw  Abby's obituary.
Gemma and I worked  together many years ago in Palm Beach Gardens. I was on a temporary job assignment from CT.  The first time Gemma invited me to her home was for Abby's and Jason's engagement party.
Before I left later that day Paul and Abby made me promise I would come down for the wedding.  The day came for my job assignment to end. I returned to CT. I kept my promise to come to the wedding. On that hot summer day, I watched the most beautiful bride Abby walk down the aisle. The only competition was her equally beautiful mother.
Gemma I live an hour away and will see you soon.

I had the pleasure of meeting Abbie and her amazing family when I was Tobie's 4th grade teacher at Jupiter Elementary. It was my first year at a new school and Abbie welcomed me with open arms. She always greeted me with a smile and a huge hug. She was the type of person who made me you feel better every time you saw them.  She was a wonderful mother, so involved with her children's schools and our community. Her laugh was contagious and everyone around her adored her. She will be truly missed. Love to the Rosemeyer clan! xo

Abbie was the most warm, energetic, and customer-friendly individual! She was always pleasant and willing to accommodate any requests for help. He smile was contagious and will be etched in my heart.
She has left her mark of kindness and beauty...Wishing her family peace and wonderful memories.

I am so sorry to hear about your mom, wife, and daughter.  I was one of Tobie's 6th grade teachers.  I am sorry I never had a chance to meet your mom in person, although we spoke on the phone several times.  In those conversations, I was able to feel just how much she loved you.  I remember when she took you to Washington DC that year.    My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.  May your memories of your mom sustain and strengthen you as you navigate the difficult days ahead.  May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful and loving memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived!   

I was one of Tobie’s kindergarten teachers when I had the privilege of meeting Abby.  She was such an amazing mom. I watched through the years as Abby was involved in so many of our school activities, never using the excuse of she was too busy or she worked, she just worked it in her schedule!
Her life blessed so many people.
Abby will be missed by so many.

Abbie was a student in my class at UCF's School of Social Work.  She stood out as someone who had such a deep love for her community. She was always sharing new ideas about how she wanted to help her clients both at her workplace and at her internship site.  Abbie had such a big heart, positive attitude, and a natural ability to encourage others, including her fellow classmates.  I have no doubt that she is still working to effect positive change in the world.  

For her family, I pray for comfort and peace as you bravely walk forward and live out the legacy that she left within you. 

When I first met Abbie it was in my professional capacity of working with Girl Scouts.  She was a leader of a troop and took many trainings in camping, canoeing etc.  I saw immediately the light that shone through her, she was one of those special people who just glowed with a love of life and people.  I will miss her.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend her ceremony being I will be on surgical leave; but I will be there in spirit.
May the family and friends find some peace in this time of such great sorrow.

It’s not every day you meet someone that could easily light up a room with just her smile and laugh. Even for in the moment you didn’t feel like smiling or laughing she would find some way to make you feel better. Abby and I met as neighbors and became friends through our kids.  A funny memory with Abby. We attended a school function with our husbands and she had started to laugh. Jason looked over at her with the funniest look and she turned around and looked at me and said he’s mad because sometimes I wear the pants in the relationship. It was so funny and random but so is life and living in the moment which she always did even at school events. My dear neighbor and friend you will always be missed and never forgotten. Will keep an eye on your amazing family. Until we meet again save us all a front row seat in heaven . 

I knew Abbie through her mother Gemma. I’d say Abbie came by her sparkle naturally - her mother is the original Irish charmer. 
I most recently spent time with the Rosemeyer family when they came up to Portland, Maine, with Abbie’s good college friend, to share a lobster lunch and to shop in the Old Port section of my town this past October. I especially remember when a homeless man complimented Abbie on the purple streak in her hair. She responded so gracefully to him, it gave him a dignity he might otherwise not have been accorded. By the end of my day with the Rosemeyers, I was just in love with every one of them. There were never more affectionate or fun-loving people.  I can only believe the family Gemma, Abbie and Jason created will continue to spread joy, humor and caring among us.

I met Abbie in high school. We had many wild adventures and great conversations.  Lot's of late nights and shenanigans.  I was so happy when life threw us back together, as adults, and we were able to have a few more great adventures. 
Abbie was always full of life. She knew when to give you a kick in the pants and when to cheer you on! She is one of the very few in this world who genuinely wanted everyone to be successful and to be the best, most amazing person they could be.  She was also one of the rare who knew who she was, through and through and had no problem with showing everyone how amazing she was! And even more rare- she had no problem telling the world how amazing she thought you were, too. 
If you needed an opinion- she had one ready! 
If she could help you, she did without pause. 
If you needed her, she was there. 
If you were ready for adventure, she was ready to join in. 
She was a bright light and I know she will never be far away from us.  She has just gone on a new adventure and couldn't take us with her this time. 
I love you and will miss you forever.  xoxoxo MUAH

I met Abbie while working with Molly’s House, an affordable home away from home for many of the Sandy Pines parents and family while visiting their children during difficult times.  She was a ray of hope, a true champion for change and she will be so missed.  Sincere sympathies to her family and all of the causes Abbie supported. Thank you Abbie for being you. ❤️❤️❤️

Abbie, I'm still in shock. I'm so thankful for the time we had together this past weekend and for all of the memories we shared through the years.  Ella just keeps saying that it can't be real. She misses you so much already, we all do. I promise to get your Doc Macgyver certified in first aid and CPR like you were going to do for her.  I loved watching you 2 make big plans together for her future! You were one of her biggest champions and we're all better for knowing you.  We'll all be there for Jason,  Tobie and Zoie, just like you would have been for all of us.  We love you Abbie!!!!

Met Abigail a couple of years ago through our work with some of the most difficult and heartbreaking youth cases.  A true champion helping others and genuine shining light....On behalf of our entire Project LIFT team, we extend our most sincere condolence and  appreciation to her family for sharing their amazing wife and mother so we could learn, share and continue on the work that she was so dedicated to. 

Abbie, you’ve left us way too soon! You were one of the REALLY good souls here on earth. I loved your smile and can-do attitude working with you on the Board of Families First. Prayers for your precious family and Godspeed, my friend. ❤️ 

I met Abbie as a member of Class 27 for Leadership.  She was a ray of sunshine and it was my pleasure to work with her and I can truly call her a friend.  My prayers to her family.
