Linda Joan Shott, 69, of Johnstown, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at her residence. She was born on October 2, 1947 in Portsmouth, OH, a daughter to the late David and Virginia (Reed) Arthur. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Richard; daughter, Darla Carpenter; grandchildren, Evan (Chrissy) Wilbur, William (Hope) Hamilton Jr., Ashli Pedigo, Alli Pedigo, Justin Pedigo, Jessica Wilbur and Preston Wilbur; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Carolyn Sue (Melvin) Logan, Mary K. (Ralph) Richardson, Dennis E. Arthur, Larry J. (Diane) Arthur and Jane A. (Paul) Wilbur and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her children, baby girl Arthur, Richard Wilbur and Joanna Northrop. Funeral service will be at 6:00 pm on Monday, September 11, 2017 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031 with Pastor Tim Lehman officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the start of service. Honoring the family's wishes cremation will follow.
