Deborah Lynn (Johnson) Homan, 54, of Johnstown, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Licking Memorial Hospital after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on May 6, 1961 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to John and Sharon (Rhodeback) Johnson. Debby was an amazing woodworker and mainly enjoyed scroll saw woodworking. She loved flowers and being outdoors in her garden. She was a graduate of Johnstown High School class of 1979 and worked as a monogrammer for 31 gifts for ten years. In addition to her parents, survivors include her siblings, Bill (Ruth Ann) Johnson and Cindy (Bruce) Mahaffey; nieces and nephews, Matt (Michelle) Rittenhouse, Sarah (Tommy) Kutscher, Bill (Michelle) Johnson and Megan (Dominic) Cervi; great-nieces and nephew, Breanna Johnson, Ellie Kutscher and Cale Johnson; loving companion, Jerry Norris and special friends, Judy Reelhorn and Kathy Heimerl. Debby is preceded in death by her grandparents, Irvin (Sarah) Rhodeback and Paul (Delta) Johnson and brother, John Dee Johnson. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Dan McLaughlin officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
