Will David Whaley, age 84, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Jonesborough, TN a son of the late Paul Whaley and Lou Elswick Whaley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Louise Whaley; and one son, David Bryan Whaley.
Mr. Whaley was a veteran of the United States Navy.
A private committal service and interment will be held in the Garden of the Last Supper at Monte Vista Memorial Park with military honors to be rendered.
