She was born August 21, 1959 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Frank and Dolores May Stoewhaas Murphy.
Michelle was a homemaker and at one time had attended the Christian Church of Carmichaels.
On August 21, 1977 she married Scott Fischer, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Evelyn Wade (Andrew Webb) of Carmichaels and Janice Fischer of Carmichaels; two grandsons, Jessie Wade and Earl Frazier; two sisters, Fawn Lilley of Clarksville and Patty (Ron) Rose of Waynesburg; two brothers, Herman Murphy of Clarksville and Edward (Rose) Murphy of Pittsburgh.
Deceased is a brother, Lee A. Murphy.
Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019, where a memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P.
