Kallen Manuel

He was preceded in death by his parents, Angelas and Essie Reed Manuel and a sister, Lavina McAninch.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marie D. Manuel; three sons, Darrell L. Manuel of San Antonio, TX, Carl A. Manuel of Raleigh, NC and Micheal A. Manuel of Jacksonville; one daughter, Susan G. Manuel of Jacksonville; one sister, Shelva M. McCreary of Bay City TX; nine Granddaughters and ten great grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 26 at Infant of Prague Catholic Church; inurnment will follow at Carolina Coastal State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.

Len retired from the US Marine Corp after 30 years of service as a Master Gunnery Sergeant. He was an avid golfer and a lifetime member of the 1st Marine Division, DAV, VFW and the American Legion.
