Born on October 8, 1937, to Raymond F Cay and Irene Lillie Cay. Bonnie was born and raised in Jacksonville fl. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, a follower of Christ, and a licensed cosmetologist. She was the owner of Cay's Hairstyling for many years and then worked at Journey's Salon until her passing. She was a member of Riverstone Community Church and Evangel Temple Assembly of God. Bonnie loved spending time with her family and cooking enough for "Pharaoh's Army" at all of the family gatherings. She was known for her deep love and devotion for her family, her strong faith, and her delicious cooking(especially her fried chicken, pound cake, and "Bonnie burgers")
She was preceded in death by her first husband Philip Colvin Jarrett Sr. and her second husband William "Bill" Kirkland. Also brother Phil Cay, and sister Jackie Cornatzer.
She leaves behind her children Penny Waters, Philip Jarrett Jr., and wife Misty, Bruce Jarrett, and wife Charlene, Donna Read, and husband Bobby, her sister Beverly Palmer as well as her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephew.
Services will be held at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Funeral Home at 7242 Normandy Blvd Jacksonville Fl 32205 on Saturday, February 6, 2021, at 1:00.
