Taylor - William F (Billy), 55 went to be with the lord Monday April 21, 2014.He was born July 2, 1958 in Charlottesville, VA and resided in Jacksonville, FL He is Survived by his mother Evelyn Taylor; sisters Brenda Taylor, Wanda Heavner and husband Aaron; brother Duane (Bo) Taylor; nephews Bradley (Brad) Murdoch and David(Davy) Serfass Jr. He was preceded in death by Father William E (Bill) Taylor; Sister Barbara (Bobbi) Schoff. At a later date services will be held in Luray, Va. and Burial will be at Thomas Cemetery on Tanners Ridge in Shenandoah National Park. In Lieu of flower, donations would be appreciated to assist with expenses.
