William “Bill” J. Secure, 65, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2011 in Green Cove Springs, FL. He was born in Bronx, NY to John and Sarah Secure. A Vietnam Veteran, Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Yvonne; father, John; sons, William, Peter, Jeffrey; daughter, Julie; brother, John; sisters, Marilyne Natkiel (Noel) and JoAnne Coates (Trevor); grandchildren, Zachary, Samantha, Sydney and Gino and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bill loved God, life, family, friends, and golf.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Thursday July 21st in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, July 22nd in San Juan del Rio Catholic Church, 1714 SR 13, Fruit Cove, with Father Tony Ike as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32218.
