William Burton Osteen, age 96, passed away on March 12, 2024 in Orange Park, FL. He was born on August 31, 1927 to Allen A. Osteen and Ulva Lord Osteen. After graduating high school, was in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea from 1952 to 1954.
Burt worked for the railroad and retired after 45 years of service. He was a Mason and Shriner.
Surviving Burt are his sons, Damon, Mark and Gary (Heather); grandchildren, Jason (Lindsey) and Lindsey Irvin; great-grandchildren, Anikin and Aurora; four nephews and two nieces.
Preceded in death by his father and mother, Allen and Ulva Osteen; brothers Allen, Jr. Osteen and Roy Osteen and sister, Ulee Moccia.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will occur Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
