Ruth Louise (Butler) Fulmer died peacefully on August 1, 2012. She was born July 4, 1920 in Waldron, MI to Winford Butler and Grace (Farling) Butler. She graduated from Fayette High School, OH in 1938 and married Denzel Fulmer on December 11, 1938. She was preceded in death by her husband on October 12, 2011. They were married nearly 73 years.
She is survived by all four children, Dr. Jack Fulmer of Live Oak, FL, Carolyn Johnson of Menomonee Falls, WI, Steven Fulmer of Portland, OR and Connie Dixon of Ashtabula, OH, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and three sisters, Nellie Crow of Montpelier, OH, Mildred Dick of Bryan, OH, and Mary Fleming of Van Wert, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Carl Butler, and brother Paul Butler.
Mrs. Fulmer raised her family in Bryan, OH. She was a resident of Orlando, FL from 1981 until March 2000 when she and her husband moved to Cypress Village in Jacksonville.
