Roy Wesley Stepp Sr.

Dr. Stepp was an Army Veteran and was always mindful of those currently serving in the military. He was highly educated holding several college degrees including a PhD. He was the founder of Bible Institute for Christian Missions (BICM).

He leaves behind his wife, Deanna, of 59 years, as well as 3 daughters and 3 sons. He had 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 with visitation one hour prior to service at Englewood Christian Church, 4316 Barnes Road S, Jax FL 32207 with Pastor Pete Ramsey as Officiant, followed by interment in Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jax FL 32207
