Rick a US Navy Master Chief (ret.) was and exceptional man, son, brother, husband, father, papa, friend and employee while stationed on this earth. His strength and courage were remarkable and most people he met had a deep respect for his personal and professional conduct.

Rick is survived by his wife Kathy, daughter and son, Betsy and Jacob Bander, Grands, Chloe, Cambria and Phoenix, sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Chris Keller; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends too numerous to print.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.

A mass will be celebrated at noon at August 3,2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 5752 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244, followed by inurnment with full military honors at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 2:30 on August 3, 2015.
