Phyllis G. Crotty Chandler

She was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on March 3, 1935. Phyllis graduated from Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida.

She was married to Clark Joseph Chandler on October 15, 1966 and had a passion for raising Cockatiels.

She is survived by her loving husband, Clark and their children, Terry Struder, Steven Michael Bowers and Bobby Bowers. As well as grandchildren, Bobby Jr., Melissa, Donnie, Phillip, Steven Jr., Ginney, Bruce, Courtney and Billy.

She is predeceased by her brother Carl Crotty and sister Naomi Pelores Taylor.

Funeral arrangements were made under the care of Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery. 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32207.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 4 PM at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery.
