Pamela Jean Parker, 55, passed at her home on February 11, 2015. She was born November 13, 1959 in Kokomo, Indiana.
Pam lived for her grandchildren and spent every waking moment spending time with them. She did everything in her power to bring a smile to their faces.
Pam is survived by her four children Casey (Ann), Jennifer (Chris), Bobby (Shannon) and Christie (Greg), her beloved friend Brad and grandchildren Kailei, Lucy, Jordyn, Jacob, and Jayden.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February, 17, 2015 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N., Jacksonville, Florida 32225.
