Oceil Hudson Turner, 90, of Jacksonville, FL., passed away on July 30, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born to Minnie Hooks Hudson and Arch Hudson on February 4, 1926, she was one of eight children. She graduated from Stillmore Georgia High School and Georgia State Teacher's College. In the 50's Oceil relocated to Jacksonville, FL and began her career with Barnett Bank. She then went to work for Florida Beverage, American Beverage and Southern Wine & Spirits. She married George E. Turner (deceased 2006) and had two daughters; Julie Masters (Eddie) and Deena LeBlanc (Jeff). She was a member of Lynwood Christian Church, the Morocco Shrine Sweethearts and a life member of Khem Temple #89 Daughters of the Nile. She is survived by her daughters, one grandson Matt Masters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
