Nancy L. Sims, age 85, passed away Tuesday October 20, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on November 27, 1929 in Houston County, AL. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years Cecil Sims, son Roger Sims, daughter Deborah Musielak, and grandson Greg Sims. She was a member of Wesconnett Church of Christ. She enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren and love visiting the beach to walk in the sand. Nancy will be missed dearly by her daughters Jennan Borne (David), Cecilia Kline, Rhonda Burmell, Bonnie Briles (Gary), Marie Sayre (Doug) and Meresa Ott; eleven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. Family will receive friends and family 1:00 – 2:00 pm Sunday, October 25, 2015at Hardage- Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, www.townandcountryfuneralhome.com . Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Riverside Memorial Park.
