Monica was born November 30, 1977 in Houston, TX. She spent most of her life in Jacksonville, FL and over the last several years struggled with difficulties from diabetes. She loved life, laughter, and above all family. Monica battled hard against her illnesses and will always be our beloved fighter.
Monica was survived by her adoring children, Jason Phillip Campbell Jr. and Julia Marie Campbell whom she loved so much more than they will ever know. She is also survived by her loving mother, caregiver, and best-friend Julia, father Tom, step-father Scott, sister Victoria (Justin), brother Thomas (Jasmine), nephew Justin Jr., nieces Alaina, Zoey, Ellie, aunts Minerva, Sylvia, Diana, Mary, Janie, uncles Frank and John,as well as numerous cousins and friends.
