It is with great sadness we share the passing of our beloved servant of God, Mervyn Douglas Miller.
Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland to Mervyn Douglas and Annie Todd Miller, he immigrated to America in 1956 where he met and married the love of his life, Marilyn Dyson Miller on October 11, 1958. Mervyn Miller was an Ordained Minister licensed with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) for over 66 years and served more than three decades as a Missionary and Executive with Global Missions, UPCI. Most recently he served on the Ministerial Staff and as World Missions Director at Christ Church Pentecostal in Jacksonville, Florida.
Mervyn Miller’s whole life was his family and service to God in ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the whole world. His legacy continues with his wife, Marilyn Dyson Miller, daughter Tammy Erin (James) McColley and son, Mervyn Todd (Brenda) Miller. Grandchildren, Douglas Gerald Triplett, Natalie Erin (Shane) Lough and great grandchildren, Hailey Elizabeth Goddard and Brynley Sloane Lough. Not to forget there are countless thousands saved and ministering around the world today as a result of his ministry.
The Celebration of Life Service will be held at Christ Church Pentecostal (CCP), 2226 Saint Johns Bluff Road, Jacksonville Florida 32246.
Visitation and viewing will be on Friday evening, August 12th from 5pm to 7pm at CCP.
Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday morning, August 13th, viewing from 10am-11am and Service begins at 11am.
In lieu of sending flowers the family would request donations to the Mervyn Douglas Miller Memorial Fund.
