John R. Snodgrass

Born December 20, 1932 in Muncie Indiana, upon graduation he joined the US Navy and served his country during the Korean War. He was married to Francis Joan for 52 years and they lovingly raised a family of 5 children. An active member of the Episcopal Church he always had time to help and make others smile in their time of need. Hardworking and honest, he brought joy and laughter to his large family and many, many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Lottie Mae Snodgrass, his step mom Grace Snodgrass, 3 brothers, 1 sister and the love of his life wife Joan Snodgrass. He is survived by his sister Beverly Davis, children Melodie, John (JC), Catherine, Robert and his wife Lori and Lisa and her husband Joe as well as 8 grandchildren, 12 great grand children and 1 great great great grand child.

Services will be held March 22 at 2 pm at St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church Shelby Ave Jacksonville Fl.
