Jimmy Lee Gibson, 74, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born April 8, 1943 to Carl and Lula Gibson in Three Forks, WV. Jimmy loved to fish, camp and spend time outdoors. He especially loved horses and spent time training them when he was younger. Jimmy spent a lot of time with his family and loved going on cruises with all of his family. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Janice, two sons Allen Gibson, Keith (Joann) Gibson, grandson Virgil Gibson, brothers Sammy Gibson, Tommy Gibson, Cecil Gibson, Charles Gibson, three great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home is serving the family. A visitation for friends will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the funeral home from 6pm-8pm. Funeral services to be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the funeral home beginning at 2pm with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
