Jessica Miranda Willson went to be with her Lord and on to her heavenly home on January 24, 2023. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 10, 1996 to her loving parents Brad and Toni Willson. She was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida and the Marketing Director for Allied Orion Group in Houston, Texas.
Jessie was her preferred name which she was affectionately called by everyone she knew. Her mom and brothers called her “Jess”. She touched so many lives with her fun and quick-witted personality. She loved her friends and family immensely and made sure you knew that she loved you. She was passionate about animals and wanted to one day buy a piece of land to start an animal sanctuary. She adored her French Bulldog, Chico, and her cat, Sophie. She loved her brothers, Nick and Victor, fiercely and was always so proud to be their sister. Jessie was also a fantastic chef who loved to share her recipes with everyone. She loved Banner Elk, North Carolina and enjoyed the Apple Hill Farm, Maws Produce and seeing her grandparents. The mountains were her happy place.
Jessie loved cruising with her mom and going to Disney, watching her dad play music, family dinners, girls nights with Deji and Stephanie, trivia, karaoke, and the occasional silent disco. So full of life and love, she was an inspiration to those around her.
Jessie was a beacon of light. She was fiercely independent and dubbed as “CEO” as early as preschool. She loved to lead and to solve any obstacles that came her way. She was a helping hand with no caveats and was a force of nature with one foot always off the ground.
Jessie attended Bellaire High School in Bellaire, TX and was President of the Bellaire Belles Dance Team. She graduated in 2014 and went on to the University of Florida to be a “Gator.” She finished Cum Laude in 2017 with a Degree in Business Administration.
Soon after, she was hired by the Allied Orion Group where she spent the last 5 years at the forefront of their marketing department.
Jessie will be missed by all but her memory and light will continue on forever. She touched so many lives in her short 26 years and we cherish the time that God gave us with our beautiful angel.
Jessie is survived by her parents, Brad and Toni Willson and her brothers, Nicholas Willson and Victor Willson, her loving maternal grandparents, Victor and Sally Miranda, and her aunt, Becky Willson. Jessie was preceded in death by her loving grandparents, James and Janet Willson.
Please join our family in remembering the beautiful life of Jessie on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 10:30 am at Chets Creek Church-Hodges Campus, 4420 Hodges Blvd., Jacksonville, FL.
A link for the livestream of the service will be available soon.
Jessie loved all bright colors and florals, so please consider wearing something to represent her glowing aura and honor her memory.
In lieu of flowers, there are a few charities close to Jessie’s heart. She wanted to love and save every animal. Milos Dog Rescue of South Florida is a not for profit all breed rescue. In addition, Jessie suffered from PCOS and there is currently no cure. Please consider a donation in her honor.

TO THOSE I LOVE AND THOSE WHO LOVE ME
When I am gone, release me, let me go, I Have so many things to see and do.
You mustn’t tie yourself to me with tears, Be thankful for our beautiful years.
I gave to you my love. You can only guess How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now it’s time I traveled on alone.
So grieve a while for me, grieve if you must, Then let your grief be comforted by trust. Its only for a time that we must part
So bless me within your heart.
I won’t be far away, for life goes on
So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can’t see or touch me, I’ll be near. And if you listen with your heart, you’ll hear
All of my love around you, soft and clear.
And then, when you must come this way alone, I’ll greet you with open arms
And say ”Welcome Home!”
