As a child in a Navy family, she grew up in Missouri, Wisconsin, Virginia, Maine, and Florida. She graduated from Fletcher High School in Jacksonville, FL in 1994. She had no problem making friends wherever she lived. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Jessica spent most of her adult life in the Sales industry, where she was known as “The Queen of Sales.” Most recently, she worked for Ring Bomb, which led to operating her own business, The Lounge Around Boutique. She liked art, music, philosophy, fashion, and jewelry. Jessica was the easiest person to talk to. She would listen, chat, and always leave you feeling comforted. She made a positive and lasting impact on so many people’s lives because of this. She had infectious energy and laughter that made everybody want to be around her. She was the epitome of fun.
Jessica is survived by her grandfather, Jerome Burroughs, parents, Karen and Scott Breckenridge, brothers Joshua, Johnathan, and Jerome, nephew Owen, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
