Jerry Wayne Whitaker, age 68, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022. Jerry was born August 23, 1953 to George Hyman Whitaker and Lucy Gray Modlin.
He is a high school graduate and was a truck driver for over 36 years and retired from AAA Cooper Transportation.
Jerry was a Florida Gator and Jaguars fan.
He's predeceased by both his parents and daughter Shanna Marie Davis.
Survivors include: son Joshua Kane Whitaker, brother George Edward Whitaker, sister Linda Whitaker Powell (Roger Powell), granddaughters Jasmin Davis and Lily Whitaker.
