Dear Karon. I was so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. I remember him as a dedicated family man, a steady and calm influence, and a hard worker. I am grateful for having had the privilege to work with you and Jim at BellSouth in the Jacksonville Large Business Call Center. I pray God will bring you comfort today and in the days to come.

We will rejoice in his memory as a devoted husband and father and amiable co-worker at AT&T. May you have "the peace of God, which passes all understanding..."

I  only remember meeting Jim at Dance Trance holiday parties. That in itself tells me he embraced life and loved his wife. My heart felt sympathy to you Karon and  family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Jim was a great work buddy. Thanks for sharing him with the SC group at att. I will always remember how he helped me. Sharing a part of this life's journey with him, was a blessing.

Mom and Dad told me the news earlier this week and my heart truly broke. I have so many fun-filled and beautiful memories of going over for almost weekly dinners at Jim's and Karon's house. Jim would always give me a big hug and sometimes even swing me around (I was much younger and smaller then), which always made me smile and giggle. I have such distinct memories of how he always smelled like limes from the Coronas he drank and pipe tobacco and his big, bushy mustache. He would play the guitar and let me attempt to sing along to the songs, which truly was a huge influence for my love of music and performing today. He had a wonderful, bright smile that was infectious and his laid back personality made everyone feel welcomed and included.I'm so sad to know that he is gone and cannot even imagine the pain you as his family are going through, but I hope you know that he will always have an incredibly special place in my childhood memories and heart. He lives on through all of our memories and smiles, and we will always hold those dear. He will be incredibly missed.All of my love,Cara Hammock

Karon  I am so sorry to hear about Jim,  I used to see him at Ace and the bird store, he always had a smile, happy and was such a kind soul. My deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family in this very sad time.

So many memories that bring a smile!  Over Christmas, actually every Christmas for years, we've enjoyed the wooden Christmas village and the Epley's are in our home with us again!  Reflecting on comfortable comeradie, shared stories and adventures, birding, gardens and bonsai.

Remembering your great love story today and always.

Jim I have many memories that I will cherish in my heart forever. Fishing trips and BBQ's will never be the same.

I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a good neighbor to us all and will be missed. Remember the good times. Thinking of you and your families at this sad time.

Jim you were my best friend, golfing partner, and best neighbor a person could have. We had some great gatherings at the house with plenty of food, good times, and even better friendship. The world is at a lose without you in it. Karon we are always with you and love you so much. You are in our prayers.   Love Wayne and Edna.
