Ian Leighton Klinedinst, a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. FL., passed away on February 16, 2014 at the age of 22, Ian was the son of Keith Klinedinst of Jacksonville and Susie Bost of Jacksonville Beach. Ian grew up in Southern Oaks with a wide circle of friends and attended Mandarin High School. Ian loved to work outside and was making a career in the landscaping field. Ian had a reputation for being a friend to everyone and was a man who would give you the shirt off his back. Ian was a devoted family man and was engaged to be married to his fiancé, Christie Lee Stevens on February 19th. Family and relationships were the most important thing to Ian. His reputation showed his easy going nature and his bright smile. Ian is survived by his parents; sister, Jessica Martin; fiancé, Christie Stevens and their children, 7 yr old, William Maurice, 2 yr old, Madison Alexis-Rachelle and 7 month old, Cameron Leighton. Ian also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles cousins and many friends, including his best friends, Billy Clay, Chris Kershaw, Joe Carpenter, Travis Sterling, Jeff Hallam and Mitchell McCormick. A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
