George’s life was a true example of the American Dream. He was born in Jaffa, Palestine on January 18th, 1945, and at the age of three, his family became refugees and fled to the West Bank with just a few belongings. Through hard work, the family managed and eventually settled in Ramallah, Palestine. George, seeking a better life for himself and his family, immigrated to the United States where he met his wife, Violette (Bajalia) Louh. Together, they worked tirelessly to create a better life for their family. And through that hard work, George was able to establish a successful electrical business for over 30 years working up to his illness. George had three guiding lights in his life – a strong faith in Christ, a devotion to family, and a diligent work ethic. He will always remain a distinguished individual of the community and a beacon of light that his family and friends can use as a guide in their own lives.
George is survived by his loving wife of nearly 45 years, Violette Louh; children, Alicia (Victor) Jubran, Nicholas (Roxanne) Louh, Stephanie (Bobby) Shunnarah, and Anthony (Irene) Louh; cherished grandchildren, Nathan, Madeline, Christian, George Nicholas, Gabriella, Andrew, Layla, and George Jakub; brothers, Jack, Jaleel, and Nabil; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Nehkleh and Alice (Zabaneh) Louh; brother, Bishara; and sister, Jackleen (Louh) Mizyid.
