Felix Hernandez passed August 3, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. Felix was born May 2, 1935 in Cidra, Puerto Rico. Felix is survived by his two daughters Millie Kanyar and Diana Mader, five grandchildren (Diana, Stephen, Brian, Jon and Kyle) and seven great grandchildren (Stephen, Illianna, Felix, Francesca, Liam, Brianna and Carlos). He is also survived by his sister Carmen (Socorro) and brother Hector Hernandez as well as nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and his trusty companion Skipper the cat. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, the love of his life, Rosaura and his two sisters Milagros and Anna.
Felix had an impact on so many that he will be forever loved and remembered.
Arrangements are set for Monday, August 23, 2021 at 10 am at the Arlington Baptist Church located at 6009 Arlington Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Due to the pandemic, masks will be required to be worn for service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Morning Star School.
