Douglas Joseph Jones 67 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on October 31, 2015. Mr. Douglas was born in Hartford, Connecticut on June 18, 1948.
Douglas proudly served his country in the United States Navy for four years. He also worked as a Security Guard for USA Securities. He is survived by his Wife Linda Jones, Daughter Juanita Stack (Ken), Brothers Edwin Jones, Robert Jones (Barbara), Sisters Bonny Hanko (Joseph), Rusty Coron and Grandchildren Molly Stack and Douglas Bedo and other family and friends.
Mr. Douglas was preceded in death by his parents Frances and Joseph Jones and his sister Paula Cochran and sister-in-law Barbara Jones. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Friendship Baptist Church 13540 Highway 122, Barney, Georgia 31625 (229-775-2459)
