Douglas Campbell Groce Jr.

Douglas Campbell Groce, Jr., age 63, died Thursday, November 5, 2015, surrounded by his family after a battle with cancer. He was born February 4, 1952 in Greensboro, North Carolina. He worked at Merrill Lynch as a senior financial advisor for 36 years.

He is survived by his wife, Tracey; sons, Douglas Groce, III and Tommy Groce; and stepdaughter, Danielle Turner. He is also survived by his father, Douglas Groce Sr.; his brother, Chris Groce; sister-in-law, Kelly Groce; and niece, Jennifer Groce. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Groce, and mother, Ruby Groce.

A Celebration of his life will be held Saturday, November 21st, 2015 at two o’ clock in the afternoon at Hidden Hills Country Club, 3901 Monument Rd., Jacksonville, Florida 32225
