Donna “Nana” Hayman Boyer, 65, passed away September 17, 2011 at home with her loving husband by her side. Donna was born February 14, 1946 at home in Live Oak, FL to Talmage Roscoe Hayman and Edna Louise Williams. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, caregiver and friend to her family and all those who knew her. She was very unselfish and always put the needs of others before her own.
Donna was an active member of Mandarin Baptist Church and was previously a member of First Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by her son, Kevin Rhoden, her brother Talmage “Choppy” Hayman and her parents. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Bruce M. Boyer; her sons Craig Boyer (Susan Quinn), Eric (Andrea) Boyer, Bourke Boyer and Brandon (Kim) Boyer; daughter Lisa Buckner; grandchildren Mallory Skye, Haven Lea, Lukas Bourke, Christian Morgan and Cole Merritt; sister Fran Richardson and numerous other friends and relatives.
Family will receive friends 9:30 – 10:30am Saturday September 24 at Greenlawn Chapel, 4300 Beach Blvd. with funeral service following in at 10:30am with Pastor Bill Yeldell officiating. Arrangements by Greenlawn Funeral Home.
