Deborah Sue “Debbie” Manning, 63, of Jacksonville, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa she was a daughter of the late Bernard Abner and Marjorie Elaine Tucker Scott. Debbie worked as a legal secretary for more than thirty years in the Jacksonville area. Many will remember her as the lady waiting at the corner of Bay & Main Streets for her husband to pick her up.
She is survived by her husband Greg Manning, son; Cameron Manning, brother; Allen Scott and his wife, Sharon and many nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two sisters; Melanie Scott and Sharon Scott.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening at Hardage – Giddens Funeral Home, Hendricks Chapel.
