Dawn 45, is survived by her parents Elizabeth Ginsburg and Robert Menser; her husband, Lance Garner; children, Emory Nickmeyer and Travis Garner; Stepchildren Christopher Garner-Waite and Brandon Garner; Grandchildren Jace and Malia; Sisters, Tammy Blevins (Steve) and Kimberly Allmond (Aaron); many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family.
Dawn was born in Jacksonville on June 2, 1973. She graduated from Ed White High School and worked as a Phlebotomist most of her career.
She was loving, sweet, caring and generous beyond words! Dawn always had kind thoughts for everyone and had never met a stranger. Her spirit and presence will be deeply missed by friends, family, and all who knew her.
A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on September 29 at the First Coast Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL, a small reception will follow at the church reception hall.
