Damien was preceded in death by his mother, Michelle, and is survived by his wife, Olivia Carlene Ellenburg of Jacksonville, FL, grandparents Deborah Barnes, and Binion and Debbie Williams; his father, Ronnie; brother and sister, Kayman and Rhiannon, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
