She was a native of Jacksonville and a graduate of DuPont High School ’59.
Charlotte was married to her husband Vernon, also a native of Jacksonville, for 60 years. They met in 1958 at the drive-in Krystal Hamburger restaurant on Atlantic Blvd near Bishop Kenny High School. They married in 1960 in San Marco. Charlotte is survived by her son Ron Branch and daughter-in-law Michelle; her daughter Tonya Branch Thompson, son-in-law Lance Thompson; grandson Sean Thompson and older sister Florice Luithle. She is proceeded by her parents Benjamin and Arlene Lohman and sister Verna Jean Bennett.
Charlotte worked in the financial sector after graduation before finding her true professional passion: real estate sales. She began working for Watson Realty in the early 70’s and continued for over 40 years. She was a Vice President of the company and served as the Broker/Manager of offices in Lakewood and Mandarin. She was he consummate professional sales person.
She was a loving mother and wife and had boundless energy for her family and career. She never sat still for more than a few minutes.
A visitation will be held on November 26, 2024 from 5-8 pm at 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
