Passed away in hospice at St. Vincents Hospital on 6/25/14 with family and friends by her side.
She was predeceased by her husband Carlton Jr. Thompson
Parents Johnnie Mae Osborne Driggers and William Tanner
and her brother, William Tanner and child, Johnnie Mae Thompson
She is leaving behind her brother James Tanner, and sister Johnnie Mae Thompson.
Here children Carrie Elizabeth Thompson, Carlton Thompson Jr., Carla Barrow(Chuck), Joe Thompson (Sandy), Priscella McCarty (Ray)
Grandchildren, Torrie Nielsen, Kelly Smilie, Elizabeth Thompson, Sherrie Thompson, Joe and Joel Thompson, Ricky Thompson, Kyle McCarty and Ray McCarty III.
Five great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends and family 1:30-2:30 pm, Sunday, June 29, 2013 at Westside Baptist Church, 7775 Herlong Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32210, www.townandcountryfuneralhome.com. A Funeral service will follow the visitation at the church at 2:30 pm with Pastor Ray Mayfield officiating. Interment will follow the services at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
