Bill T. DeWitt, Sr., Born on October 6, 1933 in Beaufort, South Carolina, passed away August 7, 2013 in Jacksonville. He retired from St. Regis Paper Mill after 30 years of service. Bill DeWitt is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Juanita DeWitt; five children, Alice DeWitt, Belva Emerson, Bill T. DeWitt, Jr., David DeWitt, and Danial DeWitt; three siblings, Jack DeWitt, Blanche Guthrie, and Mark DeWitt; Eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Family will receive family and friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Friday, August 9, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Graveside service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205.
