Betty Jane Robertson

Betty Jane Robertson, 94, of Jacksonville, FL went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 17, 2017. She graduated from Landon High School in 1941, where she was a member of the honor society. She was a charter member of Southside Baptist Church and a long-time member of the Chief John Ross Chapter of the DAR. She is survived by her brother, Dan Robertson. She was a much beloved aunt to nieces and nephews; Bill (Barbara) Robertson, Linda Robertson Beaty, David Robertson, Dale (Melinda) Robertson, Dee Jackson (Mike) Burns, John (Sally) Robertson, Keith (Kris) Keplinger, Roger Dean (Jennifer) Keplinger, Patrick (Rachelle) Keplinger and many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. In addition to her love of gardening, she enjoyed researching family history and keeping in touch with her many friends over the years. There will be a visitation in Chattanooga, Tennessee at the Valley View Chapel, 7414 Old Lee Hwy from 10:30 to 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 24, 2017 with a graveside service to follow at the Tyner Baptist Church Cemetery on Hickory Valley Road. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Tyner Cemetery Association in care of Donna Smith, 8614 Ooltewah, Georgetown Road, Ooltewah, Tennessee 37363 would be appreciated.
