Art was always one of those friends, that no matter the time or distance I was always greeted with the biggest hug when I saw him. In college, Art lived in the same complex as me. And when I was having some car issues and had an early class 3 days a week. Without hesitation, Art would get up early just to drive me to school and would even pick me up. It is one of those memories that showed his amazing character, he had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. Art truly was one of the kindest, most thoughtful people I knew. I can’t imagaine a world without him but look forward to the day when we meet again. He was always watching over me growing up and now I know he’s in heaven watching over all of us. 

One of my favorite memories of Artur is from back in high school. I was having a Halloween party and everyone was excited about what they were going to be dressing up as and what not. As mentioned in many other memories, it was no secret Artur had a nice physique. He could have come as a gladiator or the hulk or something like that. But no, he shows up as a hotdog! Boy did we have a laugh!! That's what I will miss about Artur the most, he was not afraid to be himself and just do him. He was an amazing, fun, always there for you guy and will be so missed!

If he was here he would give me a stiff arm push away when I asked him serious questions, laugh at me and then pull me in for a hug. It was his move. He kept things light and simple. His eyes were sweet and kind. He teased endlessly. He was a family member to anyone that knew him. My mom always called him Artur with the “correct” pronounciation :) He gave second, third and fourth chances. I am kind of a one and done type so it frustrated the heck out of me that he would keep on keeping on in friendships where he was burned, but he was more wise... because none of us are perfect and we all needed those chances. If there was anything left unsaid, he would be so gracious and not want us to take ourselves so seriously. He was a constant presence that was supportive, protective, encouraging and positive. I can’t comprehend him not being here with us so I am comforted to think of how to continue his work. I cannot wait to squeeze him tight in Heaven and in the mean time I will love those here a little more and try to be more light hearted with everyone I meet. He was always open to make new friends and connect people. It’s like he knew that loving others was the best way to live. Your family provided him with all of the love to pour out to us. I pray for friendships to be started, deepened and restored so that his love will continue to flow and your family will receive blessings from his life even in his absence. Rest In Peace, Artur... you were the best friend and everything I needed. I will be reflecting and learning from you for my whole life. Love never ends ♥️

Art turned 16 years old 16 whole days before me, which meant he could drive first. Our “crew” was all going to a movie on the Southside over Christmas break and my parents couldn’t take me that night. Art drove 45 extra minutes that night to come pick me up and drop me off just so I could be with everyone. It’s the perfect depiction of the kind of guy Artur was. Selfless, caring, loving - he had a special way of making everyone feel important and included. He was someone I could call at any time and he was always there to listen, laugh or help. Mr. and Mrs. Grigoryan, you truly raised an incredible young man and if I have a son one day I hope I can raise him to be half the man Artur was. Liana, the bond you two shared was so admirable and his love for you was so deep. 
His memory will live on through the amazing friendships he created and lessons he taught us while he was here; the most important being to simply love each other.

Art, it was a blessing meeting you in college. Your positive energy immediately attracted me to you and your competitive spirit on the basketball court and football field solidified our friendship. You always had a smile on your face and had an aura about you. Spending time in the woodlands playing video games and playing sports together made for a great year. Hearing of your passing was so sad because I know how many people loved you. My prayers are with your loved ones and family. To your family, you raised a great young man and he made an impact on the people around him. RIP Art, I know your spirits will live on in your loved ones. 

It was amazing to see the turnout for Art’s funeral today.  It speaks volumes to who he was & the profound impact he had on others.  Artur was caring, compassionate, humble, kind, intelligent, athletic, tough ... I could go on & on.  Life took us our seperate ways after middle school, but it was all Love anytime we crossed paths.  His laugh always stood out to me!  It made me happy any time I heard it!  The world lost an amazing soul w/ Art’s passing , but I rest assured knowing Heaven gained an amazing angel whose light will shine eternally.  I look forward to seeing Art in Heaven one day.

Even though physically you are not here the energy that you implanted into everyone you came in contact with will live on forever. That smile was infectious and lifted everyone’s spirits at a moments notice. Know that many people showed up today and shared stories that reflected on your genuine character and love for all mankind. You will always be remembered!

Art was the big brother I never had, his friendship meant the world to me and I will miss him dearly. Thank you for raising the sweetest guy that made us all a little bit better. 

Artur...when I think of you, I think of the kid that practically lived at JCA... my brothers best friend....Florida Gators.... you’re like a little brother.  Every time I saw you had a smile on your face, a wry sense of humor, and a giant hug for me...Almost all my memories of Eric in high school and college involve you by his side...will miss you little brother.

I knew Art in high school and got to see what a great person he was during our one year playing football together. He was always laughing and smiling and joking. No matter what the situation was, Art had a positive attitude that rubbed off on everyone. He had a high spirit and high energy to go along with it. Art made people around him better and will be greatly missed.

I played football with Art in high school. I hadn’t seen or talked to him in over a decade but found myself extremely devastated to hear the news. I remember that we joked with each other a lot during those hot, summer practices. Our team lost a lot but everyone gravitated towards Art for his leadership. Art was a funny, compassionate and all-around nice guy who had impact. Thank you, Art. You will be missed.

I am so incredibly sorry that we are having to go through this. Art was such an amazingly good-hearted and kind person from the first time I met him at Stanton. I considered him one of my closest friends as evidenced by him standing by me as my brother and groomsman at my wedding. I have very fond memories of all the times we shared playing football, basketball, watching Jaguar games, or the countless hours of playing video games together at my house or yall’s house. The person Art was, is who I hope my sons grow up to be like. So thank you all for helping to shape the man he was. He will never be forgotten.

I had the pleasure of attending high school with Art, even got to protect him as an offensive lineman when he played quarterback for our Stanton Blue Devils. Working everyday with him on the field was inspiring and he, even as a younger player, was a leader to the older guys. He was one of a kind, and I will always cherish the memories of his kind nature and incredible humor. I'll use his memory as motivation moving forward. To his family, your son was deeply loved and admired. I mourn with you and I love you. Peace be with you all.
