Ann Elizabeth (“E”) Callihan, 77, died on Friday, March 13, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida.
“E” graduated from Queens College and went on to earn her master’s degree in education from Jacksonville University. She was a dedicated teacher for more than thirty years; she spent most of that time working for Clay County and Duval County Public Schools. She became a Master Gardener during her retirement and worked for the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Extension outreach program.
“E” was pre-deceased by Frank Callihan, her husband of 44 years. She is survived by her son John Callihan of Neptune Beach, Florida, her daughter Dana Lawrence of Brunswick, Maryland, her grandchildren Kalen Callihan, Tyler Callihan, Sam Lawrence, and Charlie Lawrence, her daughter-in-law Lendy Callihan, her son-in-law Roy Lawrence, and her sister Sarah Schultz of Melbourne, Florida.
