Holden, West Virginia to John Michael Jobo and the late Joyce Nadine Ferguson.
She lived most of her life in Jacksonville, Fl and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, Class of 1977. For approximately twelve years, Anita had a career in processing insurance claims for Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
In her younger years she loved music and dancing. Anita's artistic side enjoyed crafting and painting while her love for the outdoors included fishing and shrimping. She was a nature lover and had a big, soft heart for animals, but her children and granddaughter provided the true sunshine in her life. She was also very spiritual and had a great love for the lord.
Anita enjoyed collecting trinkets and treasures such as the works of Walt Disney, Precious Moments, and many other classic American collectibles.
Anita was preceded in death by her son, Jason Dawayne Jobo, 24, of Jacksonille, Fl on May 26, 2003.
She is survived by her father, John Michael Jobo, of Eustis, Fl, her daughter, Tiffany Nichole Jobo, of St. Augustine, Fl and her granddaughter, Thailynn Jasmine Jobo, of Jacksonville, Fl, and a host of friends and relatives.
A celebration of Anita's life will be 1:00PM Saturday, February 25, 2012 located at Greenlawn Funeral Home.
