Tom married Sallie “Betty” Kelley on September 26, 1964 and had a career in food brokerage and sales with C&J Brokerage. He served in the U.S. Air Force and a member of the American Legion. He was passionate about his family and the many seafood boils they shared together as well as antique cars.
Survivors include his wife Betty; children, Marybeth Kelley-Santangelo, Thomas William Kelley II (Deborah) and John Patrick Kelley (Senh); grandchildren, Michael Christopher Mullins, John Patrick Kelley, Thomas William Kelley III, David Matthew Kelley and Michaela Catherine Kelley; and the Murphy and Kelley Irish clan.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Oct. 27, from 5-7pm, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL. A Funeral Mass will be said on Saturday, Oct. 28, at 12:30pm, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Jacksonville Beach.
