Paul J. Langan, Jr., 79, passed away April 3, 2015. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was a longtime resident of Atlantic Beach, FL. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1971 after his last duty assignment onboard the USS Coral Sea. Paul was an avid golfer and member of the American Legion Post 316, Fleet Reserve Association 290 and the VFW. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Jean Langan; son, Paul Langan of Atlantic Beach, FL; daughter, Natalie Eaves (Billy) of Louisville, MS; sister, Carla Langan of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Marlena Nance of MS and Schuyler Langan of Atlantic Beach; and great-grandchildren, Dallyn & Dixie Nance of MS and Colton Langan of Atlantic Beach. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 6th, at the American Legion Post 316, Atlantic Beach, FL. Arrangements are under the direction of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL.
