Barry George Ferriol

Barry George Ferriol, 65, passed away September 19, 2013 in Jacksonville Beach. He was born February 22, 1948 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Barry retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida after 25 years. He proudly served his country in the Air National Guard. An avid sportsman, Barry loved the Jaguars and Gators, and participated in a variety of sports throughout his life.

Barry is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Brenda, his children Brian Ferriol (Ama) and Debbie Keller (Rob), both of Jacksonville; his step-daughter Deann Coursey; his brothers Robert B. (Christine) Ferriol of Jacksonville and William H. (Carolyn) Ferriol of Ohio; 9 grandchildren and 1 step-granddaughter. He is predeceased by his parents, Doris M. and Stephen L. Ferriol and 2 brothers, Stephen T. and Richard A. Ferriol.

A celebration of Barry’s life will be held at 3pm on Saturday, September 28 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
